I’m CLOE
\n<\/strong>I\u2019m the soil, I\u2019m the volcan, which created this land milions years ago. I\u2019m the durella grape, indigenous variety of the Monti Lessini, traditional white wine I\u2019m Diletta Tonello, Italian vigneron<\/span><\/p>\n

WINEMAKING
\n<\/strong>First a soft press of whole grapes, where I separated the free run must. I clean the must with cold temperature and after that the fermentation can start. The wine \u2018sleep\u2019 in cement tank for minimum a year. After bottling, the wine also aging in the bottle for mostly a year.<\/span><\/p>\n

TASTING NOTES
\n<\/strong>Floreal flavour, delicate and mineral. In the month citrine taste e mineral.<\/span><\/p>\n

PAIRING
\n<\/strong>I suggest to pairing it with with fish dishes, or first dish with erbs and cheeses.
