LESSINI DURELLO IN TOKYO
Last week I was in Japan, with the Lessini Durello Consortium.
For us it was an opportunity to talk about our territory and denomination to journalists, sommeliers, importers and restaurants
The Lessini Durello was then the protagonist of a Tempura dinner, at the best tempura restaurant in Tokyo: the Ippoh.
The chef and his assistant, have cooked in front of us fish and tempura vegetables.
The dish, so tasty and at the same time very light (thanks to the cooking in cardamom oil), has been the perfect match for the Lessini Durello Sparkling wine, which everybody appreciated it.
The Japanese people loved our wines, but first of all they believed in our territory.
We came home rich with new people, who will definitely return to visit our wineries.
